Siteball use its very own Project Administration Module which enables clients to track their project progress, see exactly who is working on the project and contact them directly! If you'd quite like to change any aspect of the project design, you can speak to the people that will be ultimately responsible. Every project is allocated to a project manager who is usually your first point of call. They will assign your project to one of our team who is specifically skilled in the requirements of your project; or if the case need be a team will be set up. They will usually deal with the communication between the team and yourself, so you only have to speak to one person.
We don't just ask for your requirements and leave it there, we try to gain a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve so we can offer suggestions, improvements or alterations that you might not have thought of, or maybe didnt even know existed that could boost your projects impressiveness or efficiency.
It's our policy to ask all our clients to give us feedback at the end of every project and we analyse this feedback and make changes within our organisation to make us even more user friendly and to ensure our clients have complete ease of mind.
